Room Has Bed and mattress if you want to bring your own I can take my out or you can use it. i am asking 550+ All utilities+one time deposit of 100 dollars in case if some one forget to give his share. Room will be available for July.

I would prefer a working man or woman. Students are also welcome only if they refrain from doing party and noise. I am busy man and does not like interference during my weekend work.
