Windows Kernel SW Engineer
The Windows Kernel SW Engineer will be working on projects on Windows kernel driver layer.
Responsibilities
•Develop Windows kernel drivers and applications.
•Closely work with cross-functional departments to quickly prototype, design and implement ideas and projects.
•Provide system-level development assistance to other departments as needed.
•Generate documentation and technical/functional specifications as needed.
•Unit level testing including test plans, scripts etc.
Requirements
•Strong experience on Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 platforms
•Clear communication and documentation skills.
•Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
•Minimum of 10 years of experience developing in C/C++.
•5 - 10 years of experience writing WDM and WDF drivers
•Experience on user mode internals DDLs, Hooks, NTDLL, USER32, GDI32 is big plus
•Working experience with DTM test and MS WHQL certification process
•Knowledge of Internet protocols and services.
•Must demonstrate sound debug capabilities: WinDbg and MSVS remote debug.
•Experience in entertainment, PC, telecom, or gaming industry a big plus.
•Experience with Linux kernel is a plus.
•Experience with development processes on CMMI, ISO 9000 and/or Agile etc. a plus
