Hi, We're a family with kids, and looking to rent one of the rooms to a female tenant (preferably working). You will have your separate room (its nice big room with attached full bath, closet etc) and total privacy (since room is upstairs and we mostly live downstairs). If you would like, we can also let you use our Queen Bed set and Mattress. We're very easy going and friendly. House is located just 4 miles north of 121/Plano..Great neighborhood with Groceries, Stonebriar Mall, Dallas Tollway, I-75 and I-121 all within 2-4. miles distance.
