I have a 2 bedroom/2 restroom condo near SMU/Lovers Lane Dart Station/The Village area and the location is a 10-15 minute drive to downtown or Richardson/Plano. SMU/Dart Bus stops right outside the condo. The neigborhood is very nice and the rent is $600/month, all bills pd (including utilities,water and internet/cable). This is a killer deal and will go away fast :) I am looking for a decent roommate (clean, courteous, not too noisy, no smoking or alcohol in the condo, mature etc.). The room is big with a restroom attached to it and a closet and is in very good/brand new condition. The unit is on the First floor and the room has windows and plenty of light.
