I have a beautiful, clean and spacious 1BHK apartment in Bellevue to share with a vegetarian, non-smoker, non-drinker. Apartment details:

Rent: $924

Utilities: ~70 in winter months

Water: ~$50

Internet: ~$30

Other details: Connected with four bus routes (253, 230, 266, 271) and very close to Microsoft, Downtown Bellevue, Bellevue Transit Center and Indian stores in the area.

I have some basic furniture that can be used by the room-mate (Bed, Table, Chair, and Kitchen Utensils) etc as long as they are maintained and cleaned properly. The apartment is recently renovated from outside (new patio, doors and windows) and also has a new carpet. The community has a gym, squash court, indoor swimming pool and a tennis court.
