Nothing required for Kitchen or Living room. TV/VCR/DVD available.The townhouse is located on 156th St SW/32th Ave. Bus stop is right outside street, you get direct buses to University, Seattle downtown,Lynnwood TC. You can Vanpool to Bothell at&t complexes. Rent is $475 monthly. Cable, water,trash, Electricity and internet is extra and divided by two/three. The total shared would be about $50-70 in summer and $80-90 in winter per person approx.
