* 2 miles from Fashion Valley mall

* Beautiful San Diego River runs right next, great place to run/walk and fish!

* Close enough to the Qualcomm stadium but far enough not to bothered by the traffic during games

* Nearby freeways: 8, 163, 805 & 5

What I'm looking for in a person:

* Not a party animal
