maintained. Its a safe area to live in. Right now I am paying $530 for rent and utilities bill will be around 60$; water and trash are free. So, it will be just

around 300$ per person with everything. I feel its a good deal as the apartment being spacious, clean, safe with a nice patio.

The Apartment is equipped with basic furniture as well. I am fine even if you don't sign the lease.

It takes 1 min to catch the highway I29 and I35

less than 5 min to Downtown

10 min to Plaza, KC

less than 5 min to groceries stores and restaurants
