i am a student a UCSD and my roommate is moving out. The house is in Allied Gadrens close to SDSU, fashion valley and qualcomm stadium. The bathroom is shared.

There is a kitchen, living room, den, attic and a nice backyard with avocado, orange and lemon trees.
