Have the ability to work in a very dynamic and fast paced environment. Prior experience of managing contract staffing needs for at-least one Fortune 500 company or with clients that have revenues in excess of $5 billion is required. Hands on experience in managing in-flow of 8 to 10 new requirements on a daily basis. Should have managed a group of 3 to 5 technical recruiters. This a client facing role and will require high level communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technical knowledge:
Very good understanding of Oracle EBS, Peoplesoft E1, Hyperion, JD Edwards, Oracle SOA / Fusion, Oracle DB product is a must. Must have clear understanding of technical, functional, database administration, and system administration role and responsibilities.
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission.
