Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and supporting all recruiting efforts. Coordinate process and conduct activities related to the hiring process. Support recruiting efforts in areas related to sourcing, relationship management, candidate management, and administration.
• Use creative and effective sourcing methods including social media, job boards, networking events, etc.
• Perform in-depth phone screens and in-house interviews and be able to articulate each candidates’ skills and experience
• Coach Candidates through the interview process.
• Process necessary documentation to on board consultants and maintain an ongoing relationship with them.
• Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment.
Required Skills:
•Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, organizational skills and administrative skills.
•Proactive, self-starter and team player.
•Must be legally authorized to work in US.

•BA/BS degree or equivalent.
