Looking for a roommate to share a 1bedroom 1bath apartment. Rent will be 350+Utilities. Initial Move in - 200$[all connections,utilities are anew(negotiable as per your term of stay)].The apartment(Marquis at Vista Ridge) is very near to JP Morgan Chase office LAfitness and Vista ridge mall. Target and Walmart are within 1.5 miles. The rent is offered to me at employee discount(704$) and i am sharing this too. So 704$ is a bit lower than the actual rent for this appartment. I am on 6 month lease which ends on December 2013
