minimum maintenance.It is on bus route 2, the stop

for which is right across the street.

8th Street Market very close to the apartment.

The apartment is complete with the following facilities:

3 burner gas stove and refrigerator, wireless

internet,good heating system, though there might not

be a need for it in this season.

2 full length closet compartments,huge wardrobe.

The rent is $600 (negotiable). Rent does not

include electricity that come upto about $30 per

month (higher end estimate).
