1-3 years Min Experience as a Customer Care Representative in Service Industry preferred. Customer Care exp in a Consulting Environment Preferred.
•Experience Handling Employee Requests on Phone or Email
•Able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
•Pleasant and friendly personality
•Is willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer
•Is able to use automated information systems to analyze the customers situation. Also be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
•Must be a team player and effective communicator within the organization as well.
•Is able to take initiative and handle issues / concerns effectively
•Must have a valid work status to apply.And should work out of our Alpharetta GA office onsite.
