Position: Accounting Coordinator/Human Resources Coordinator /Receptionist
Pay Rate: $11-$15 Based on experience

We are a family owned corporation with over 30 years of experience in various real estate transactions, retail and dining concepts. Our current operations involve 22 Taco Bell locations across DFW, various convenience store brands including 7-11, Shell and Exxon, an Exxon distributorship and various fast food and fast casual concepts including Burger King, Subway, McAlister's Deli, and Wing Stop. We are looking for a versatile professional that will fit under our organizational structure and help us manage our operations by remaining punctual, organized and efficient while performing their duties.
Accounting Coordinator
-Responsible for filing and paying corporate bills and convenience store operations
-First point of contact with the CPA for any billing related questions or concerns
-Following up with store managers and vendors to retrieve statements, invoices and misc. bills are paid in a timely manner
Human Resources Coordinator
-Responsible for payroll approval, printing payroll checks, and overall coordination with the CPA, Executive team staff and managers
-Receive new hire documents, termination paperwork, vacation requests, etc. from managers and Area Managers
-Assist in the screening of new candidates, hiring and firing process, and job postings
Receptionist
-Answering office phones
-First point of contact for clients and guests entering from the front desk
-Handle office scheduling for the company Executives
-Office management responsibilities including but not limited to ordering supplies, keeping up with office policies and operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
-Perform various other duties as required by ownership team
