I would like to buy a brand new house for 25 lacs at the earliest. The house should be independent with atleast a minimum of 1500 sq.ft along with a 4 - wheeler parking facility. Must be in a good, decent, secure locality. Areas include Kadaperi, MEPZ, Tambaram Sanatorium, Tambaram, Camp Road, Selaiyur, Sembakkam. Should have commutation and the basic facilities in the surroundings. Should have the basics like a 3 - phase connection, ground and palar water connections. It must be ready to occupy. Most important, it must be constructed in a Government approved land and must have all the valid documents.
