I am looking for a roomate to share a single bedroom apartment at North Kansas City from March 1st. I just moved into this apartment so, its very clean and wellmaintained. Its a safe area to live in. Right now I am paying $535 for rent and utilities bill will be around 60$; water and trash are free. So, it will be just

around 300$ per person with everything. I feel its a good deal as the apartment being spacious, clean, safe with a nice patio.

The Apartment is equiped with basic furniture as well. I am fine even if you dont sign the lease.

It takes 1 min to catch the highway I29 and I35

less than 5 min to Downtown

10 min to Plaza, KC

less than 5 min to groceries stores and restaurants

It will be a good place for some one who is working at Cerner or in Downtown or Plaza area
