All the major stores like wal-mart, target, sears and jcpenny and Indian Restaurants, Grocery stores are in the proximity. DART bus stop is right in front of the apartment, well connected to most of the routes.

The apartment complex has two swimming pools, SPA, fitness center, etc. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet.

Your monthly share would be $360 excluding utilities.

Utilites like Electric, Cable TV, Wi-Fi internet, water and trash will be shared between two of us.
