I have a 2 br 2 bath-1215 sft ground floor apt to sublease . I am planning to move due to some personal reason.CrimefreegatedCommunity,Beautiful spacious apartment ,Huge leaving room, Renovated : New Paint, Dishwasher , New Carpet, Roach free env.marta station(Northspring is just 0.6 MIles ,also walkable)Atlanta Downtown 15 Mnts by Car.Close to shop and Perimeter mall. ( 1 Mile)Close to Elementary school (0.2 mils) walkable it is good for a family or fewbachelors who can share .My current lease is ending on Sep 30 2010.

Option-1 : U can move in around 1st week of April-2010 and stay upto May 2010 (with lease in my name) and then go for a new lease without leaving the apartment(as a new tenant).

Option-2 U can stay till Sep-2010 till my lease ends( with lease in my name)
