Hello everyone,

I am looking for kids of all ages to teach dance to. I have taught dance to over 40 kids in the past for the Gujarati Samaj Rang Barse program in March as well as Basant Bahar program in May.

The dance classes start on July 10th, 2010 for two months for boys and girls of all ages. I will be forming different groups of boys and girls each of the months according to their age, gender, and genre of dance. I will be teaching different groups Bollywood, Hip Hop, Bhangra, Raas/Garba, Modern, and more according to everyone’s interests.

The kids can first perform at India Day Celebration coming up in August.

Then in the last weekend of August, I am planning to have our own dance recital in an auditorium as I will have at-least 25 total performances choreographed and taught by then. If everything goes as planned, we will add in little skits, jokes, fashion show, singing, other talents, and a lot more of dancing and have a whole night of entertainment dedicated just for the kids!

We will be practicing for an hour, once every weekend. Practices will be either Saturday/Sunday in the afternoon/evening time according to your location and convenient time. I will have everything organized as people start contacting me.

The monthly charges for kids of ages 4-7 are $30 and for kids of ages 8 and above are $40. Practice locations will be mostly in Troy and Canton.

I am a 19 year old male student who has been dancing for over 12 years. I was on various university dance teams, have performed at numerous occasions, and won many awards.
