Hi, We have a newly constructed single family house in Valley ranch (Irving) - 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. We are looking for a professional female to rent out one bedroom & bathroom. You shall have full access to kitchen too. The bedroom is fully furnished : Full size closet, King bed with mattress, study table & chair, dresser with mirror. There is all utilities that is needed in that room: satellite TV (dishnetwork), broadband - wired & wireless (optical fiber), telephone connection. The bathroom has a tub and another closet. In the utility room ( next to the rental room) there is front loading washer, dryer, refrigerator and microwave. There is in addition to the refrigerator and microwave in the kitchen. The kitchen also has dishwasher, gas burner and oven, toaster, mini electrical oven, double door refrigerator.

We are a professional working Indian couple with a 2 year old kid. There will be no one else apart from us in the house (no other renters). Please do not have overnight guests (room for exceptions)and late night parties.

Rent is $750 and includes all utilities that are listed here. Please email fast and we can talk over.
