Requirements:

•Proven track record in staffing all levels of IT positions i.e. Developers, Architects, Analysts, Project Managers.

•Experience recruiting for direct relationship & full time requirements.

•Must have a passion to find candidates, build relationships and work collaboratively, be driven by metrics and results and be able to specialize in technical and leadership talent.

•Thorough knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle.

•Create and execute a sourcing strategy through a broad variety of effective contemporary channels.

•Familiarity with various levels & roles and associated technologies.

•This position offers earnings potential including a base salary plus commissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•2+ years of IT recruiting experience.

•Effectively screen and interview candidates to assess skill & cultural fit

•Ability to quickly learn and understand new, highly technical concepts

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook

•Must be able to work 40 hours/week.
