I am selling my 2007 bmw 328i black sedan with beige interior with ~55000 miles, clean title for 17000$ or best offer. I have had it for about 3 yrs and have treated it like my baby. Never run it hard. Never smoked in. New Michelin tires (< 8K miles). It has got an extended warranty plan good till 75K miles or Jan 2014( extendable).
