The unit is in second floor with nice size patio and huge bathroom with Garden tub. Very open floor plan, comes with Washer and dryer in separate utility room in the unit for extra storage.

2 spacious bedrooms , with a huge walk in closet in the master bedroom. Ample closets and storage with a separate storage unit outside just next to the entry.

Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and connects to the green belt with walking trails. Very clean and free of pests and bugs.

It is smoke free and pets free. However you may get your pets here , need to pay to the leasing office.

Anyone who is looking for short term housing or anyone who is interested to take over the lease. My lease expires 31st March 2014.
