We are looking for an organized, multi-tasking friendly person to join the team at our busy, small animal hospital located in the Northgate area of Seattle. We are looking for someone to work primarily as a receptionist.

On the other hand, if you can only speak little to no english, you may qualify to work as an assistant instead.

You should be willing to learn the basics needed to work as a receptionist - while maintaining a cheerful, inviting attitude towards the clients. Some duties which are associated with this position are answering phone-calls on multiple lines, schedule appointments, answering basic questions, weighing in-patients, and other office related duties.
