POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are offering a Chick-fil-A type of a franchise model to operate Montessori schools nationwide. The unique aspect of this offer is as follows. There are three options of investment,

The franchisee will pay $25,000 business investment and become partner and owner of the business operations. In exchange, you will become a 25% partner in the operations where profits are split at 25% / 75%. A guaranteed minimum salary of $50,000.

The franchisee will pay $50,000 business investment and become partner and owner of the business operations. In exchange, you will become a 50% partner in the operations where profits are split at 50% / 50%. A guaranteed minimum salary of $50,000.

A franchise fee of $50K and royalties of 6% of revenues is paid as a part of the on-going training and support.

A minimum guaranteed salary of $50,000 per year. Potential for much larger for the full business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Franchisee qualifications are as follows,

5+ years of experience in the child care industry,

Administrative experience in running a school,

People skills that are demonstrated in a service industry,

Minimum a Bachelor's level of education,

Full family support in making decisions and running a business.
