We are currently living in a 1200 plus Sq.ft 2 Bed 2 Bath Apartment in SummerBend Apts on Meadow Creek Dr, Irving. Our unit is conveniently located right next to Leasing office. It has access to Park, Indian restaurants, Bank, Groceries etc. (within walkable distance). Current lease term ends on Jun 30 which is extendable and Apartment is available ASAP. Monthly rent would be $1195. Reason for moving is we need a 3 bed room apartment with multiple car ports.
