We are a friendly Indian family looking to rent out 2 rooms in our home. My husband and I are both working, and both of our daughters are all grown up. Currently only one of our daughter lives with us, and we are looking to rent out the other 2 rooms in our home. We are looking for female tenants only.

Room Info:

Room 1: A Furnished Bed room with regular closet--$600

Room 2: A Furnished Bed room with walk in closet $650

*Bathroom to be shared with our daughter (23yrs) and another the other tenant who moves into the other room.

Bed room 2 and Bed room 4 in the floor plan are the ones up for rent.

For a utility flat rate of $100: Basic utilities, WiFi, Cable TV and Laundry

The rest of the house is shared with the family (Kitchen, Living Room etc)

Move In: To move in first and last month rent + refundable security deposit of $500 is required. We will be doing a background check on interested tenants (this is just a safety measure for the other tenant and the family).
