I wanted to sublease my apartment which is located near Oakland University as I am moving to India.

It is Beacon Hill apartments right across Walton street, walking distance from the University. The rent is 850/month which is much cheaper than the current rent. I had a two year lease from beginning and one year left in the contract.

It is a one bed room and one bath apartment. The apartment is really nice and is in a very good location. Please contact me if you want to visit the place. My move out date is in first week of September.
