We teach alignment yoga. It is important to us that the yoga postures are correctly aligned. This will prevent injuries and wear and tear in your joints. Alignment has a few clear laws, but it is also individual because everybody is unique. We take that into account.
We use yoga aids, and they allow you to practice more demanding positions safely. We keep you in the exercises longer and work on your mindfulness, flexibility, and strength.
Paying attention to your breath and body has a meditative effect and calms your mind.
