I have a 2 BR condo in Springfield VA & I am looking to rent one bedroom starting from March 1st. This is strictly for 3 months (March-April-May). The rent is $800 which will include electricity, heat, gas, cable TV, high speed wireless internet. You will have access to the entire house including kitchen, dinning and living room.
