We are 3 girls living in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment (newly remodeled!) and the 4th girl is moving out on March 10th. We will need someone to occupy her space which is the dining room/hall area. I realise this is not ideal for anyone but if you would like, I can put up some kind of curtain partition so you do have some privacy. That would be very easy to do so please don't let this deter you from contacting me as we can make it more private if you would require. When one of the other girls moves out (after a couple of months I think), you are free to move into her room but the rent will be about $100 more.

This is a vegetarian household; even if you are non-vegetarian, you will need to be compliant with not eating meat. Eggs are okay though. If you decide to move in here, you must be okay with animals as I have a small hamster in my room and we may get a cat sometime later on.

Rent is $370.75 but utilities (cable, internet, electricity and some common grocery items) is roughly $50 more so the total would be around $420 but may be less in the warmer months. Electricity has been high lately due to having the heater on but otherwise, there is a rule to conserve energy as much as possible to keep the fees low and to help our planet.

Laundry facilities are on site but not in the apartment itself. It's near to the leasing office. Parking is available on the street if you have a car.
