The Art of Living Course
gives participants the practical knowledge and
techniques to unlock their deepest potential and
bring fullness to life. Whether happy and
successful or stressed and in poor physical or
mental health, one comes away lighter and more
energized. The course provides effective
techniques for releasing mental and physical
stress thereby improving health and promoting
greater awareness and peace.
