I am looking for a roomate to occupy the other room. Rent ($740/2 = 370 )and utilities will be shared equally. Internet, Water (hot n cold), sewer & trash are included in the rent. Electric and gas goes towards payable utilities. Its a beautiful apt complex with plenty of greenery and amenities such as pool , sand volleyball, basketball court, car-wash area. The apt unit I am leasing is an upgraded one. Thanks
