Our 90/10 program is a win-win proposition for all. Find and choose your own projects, set your own hourly billing rate and be the boss of your project.

Company will keep 10% of billing rate to cover:

* Admin expenses including invoicing and payroll

* Workers compensation insurance of 1,000,000.00

* Liability Insurance of $2,000,000.00

* Professional Liability Insurance of $1,000,000.00

* Fidelity Bond up to $250K for theft insurance

* Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance of $1,000,000.00

You will keep 90% of the billing rate and shall be responsible for both the employee and employer’s share of the payroll taxes. (* varies from state to state)

For example, in CALIFORNIA, payroll taxes will be:

Social Security + Medicare - 7.65%

Federal Unemployment - .80 %

California Unemployment – 3.4%

In TEXAS, payroll taxes will be:

Social Security + Medicare - 7.65%

Federal Unemployment (FUTA) - .80%

Texas Unemployment – 2.75%

Total: 11.20%

Marketing:

If we market your resume and get the project for you, we shall deduct an additional 10% of your billing rate, as recruiter fee.

Payment Cycle:

We will pay you on company pay day, which is the 15th of every month; regardless of when we get paid by the end client. Per Diem option is available for eligible candidates.

Green Card:

Once we have all your paperwork in place, you will have access to our immigration attorney and can start your GC process at your own expense.

H1B Expenses:

If you are on the H1B visa and require H1 transfer, we will take care of the H1B Transfer expenses if your billing rate is more than $60 per hour. However, if your billing rate is less than $60 per hour, then this amount will be shared equally by both employee and Shubh Solutions.
