Training Center for Global Development (TCGD), Tamil Nadu invites youths (Male and Female) for a 13 months intensive theoretical and practical scholarship training programme.

The Development Instructor Program is a full time program where you will

challenge yourself through collective living and hard work.

Most of the education however, comes from everyday experiences. This programme will stretch you in every way, opening your eyes to the many problems in India and the World, while training you to solve them.

“ Development Instructors in the movement for defending the human rights of all our citizens” is a movement created by youths, who want to end poverty, illiteracy, division between people and dehumanized conditions for a vast number of people in the country.

Programme: Scholarship programme to educate youth as Development Instructor

Duration: 13 months

Eligibility: 10 +2 with basic knowledge of English.

Program Overview

1st Period:

Education and Action Period Six months Education and Action Period Residential training at Training Center for Global Development, Tamil Nadu.

2nd Period:

Project Period Six months Development Work at one of Humana People to People India’s Projects in different parts of INDIA.

3rd Period:

Camp Future One months Conclusion, information and follow up: Camp Future.
