My wife and kid are leaving to India on Oct 22nd and will be back

next year April mid (6 months). Till then I want to share the apartment with 2 people.

We are located at 403 Broadway Bayonne NJ 07002. Light rail station in 5 minutes walk. Light rail service is very frequent (every 3 mins in peak hours) and connects you to Jersey City (Exchange place, Newport and Hoboken path stations) in 15 minutes. Also Indian market is reachable with one direct bus which is frequent.

The total rent is $900 and can be shared as $300 per person. Heat and electric charge together come around $150 in peak winter (around $50 per person).

Also you are free to use the landline that I have at no cost. It is a furnished apartment with TV sofa etc.
