FUNCTION METHOD OF OUR DEVICE :

In sewing section, our device supply the power to the motor only at stitching time. It saves the power at machine in ideal time. So, we can save the maximum power saving in the Idel time.

Normally the sewing machine motor s RPM is around 2800. If we switched off the machine, the RPM is not become suddenly to 0. It is gradually become slow and takes five to six minutes for ZERO RPM. So, there is no any speed problem in cut-off the power to motor frequently. And also it gives extra life time to motor. It keeps normal temperature of heat for while working time.

consumption will be high at Same time always(it will support to exceed the TNEB maximum Demand and the penalty also will be charged by TNEB)

6. TNEB asked to reduce all factory power consumptions to 60 % from their normal usage. If exceed above their limits they will charge Rs. 18 per unit instired of at Rs.6 (3 times more) so for reduce the TNEB power consumption all owner run their Gensets and control the TNEB consumption. But it will also increase the unit cost due to the Genset diesel cost.

But if we fixed Power Saver, it reduces your electricity consumption 60% automatically. So there is no chance to exceed your limit at power utilization and no need to utilize Genset or afraid for TNEB.
