STARTING JUNE

No animals please/No animals have lived here ever so ideal for people with allergies

It’s a one bedroom, bathroom, full equipped kitchen and living room

Bedroom has got one queen-size bed in there with lots of space, and there is ample closet space.

Outside the bedroom before the bathroom there is a wash basin.

The bathroom has the toilet and bathtub with a shower head.

Kitchen is fully equipped. Stove, Microwave, Fridge, Garbage disposal all is fully functional.

Plates, bowls, knives, forks etc all is there!!!

The living room has got a couch, TV, Internet access, little dinning room table and chares and a bookshelf

The building has got secure front desk, Garbage Shut, 24 maintance and Laundry room on the 10th floor (I have a spare laundry card for you)

There is a swimming pool on top but that would be open in the summer.

Do you need secure parking space? Let me know (price goes up then).

You only need to bring sheets and clothes and you are good to go.......
