One fully furnished bedroom (bed, study table, ceiling fan, light, phone, bookshelf etc) is available to share with an Indian family of four (my wife, 13 and 6 years old sons and myself) in the Twin Rivers society in a quiet neighborhood. You’ll have your own private bath.
LYNX bus stop is at a 2-min walk.
Rent: $500 per month which includes all utilities, internet, phone, and DirecTV (CNN, ESPN, Star Plus, Cricket, Soccer and other sports channel). For additional charges, food option is also available.
Car parking space is available.
Distance from UCF and Siemens ~ 3.5 miles
Short or long term lease is okay.
