someone who needs short term (3 months or less than

that) accommodation. My family has gone to India and

will be returning on 1-Mar-2010. It is completely

furnished 2 Br 2 bath apartment. I am reasonably

neat and clean, easy going, "occasional guests but

no late night parties at home, no smoking inside

home" kind of person and expect similar

characteristics from room mate. The shown amount is

50% of total rent and utilities (electricity, gas,

cable, internet) split will be in addition to it.
