This apartment is on Dabney Dr + Mira Mesa Blvd. It is one of the 'Arbor Ridge' Condos. It has a swimming pool and gym and 2 assigned parking along with lots of street parking available. Our family is moving to Bay Area for good. So, you can take our lease over or sublease with us. Our lease is expiring in April 2010. We will be vacating the home on the 31st December and it will be ready for you (cleaned and sanitized) for move in Jan 1st 2010. Trash and Water are INCLUDED in the rent. Cable is ready, you have to pay your own electricity and gas. We can leave our couch for you if you'd like! This place is also great for students or single working people.
