Apartment is in safe neighborhood and newly constructed (appliances and carpets are new). Have a very stable 6mbps internet (ATT uverse) connection. Apartment layout is excellent for roomate sharing.

Cost = 960$(rent) + 60-100(electricity) + 35(internet) + 25(water/trash) ~ 1080 - 1120 so approx 550$ per person.

After a few apartments I have stayed at, This is the best deal comfort vs cost wise for a 2 b / 2b apt.

Apartment is Block 24 address : 2000 E Arapaho Rd, Richardson TX 75081

It has all amenities.. gym pool racket ball court and is very close to indian grocery store, hair cut, ATM etc.

You will have your own room and toilet. You can also take the carport (covered car parking).

Available from April end. (can accommodate from Feb 15 onwards itself temporarily)

I am looking for someone who can sign the lease for at least 7 months starting april. I am NOT looking for only temp acco type arrangement.

Also I am a vegetarian, don't smoke, peaceful and co-operative. I am 30 yr old and work for semiconductor firm. I am expecting someone who is vegetarian (since kitchen is shared) and co-operative and peaceful.

I will be visiting india in march and looking to close in on the search before that
