The room is located upstairs in a newly remodeled, beautiful, clean, quiet home on Black Mountain estates. The house sits on a hill and has very limited traffic. The room has it's own shared bathroom with tub, and has it's own walk in closet.

The house is close to the new 56 freeway, highways 5 and 15. There is a YMCA close by along with a public library, Tennis Club, shopping centers with grocery stores and Starbucks, movie theaters, ice skating, 24 Hour Fitness, Blockbuster, Post Office and a Costco.

LOOKING for a responsible, clean, quiet, PROFESSIONAL (non smoker) with no pets. I am interested in renting the room to ONE person, so please do not call if you are a couple or a small family.

First month's rent and a $300 refundable security deposit is required. The room is available ASAP, on a month to month lease. Water, gas, electric, and WIFI are included in the rent. Full kitchen and laundry privileges are also included.
