Need Full Time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper position for a IT Software Consulting Firm in Houston TX.
Need for a self-directed, individual.
Duties will include:
• Manage all communications including , e-mail/phone inquiries. Perform necessary secreterial letters and admin tasks like Printing, co-ordinating other office personnel working from different places
• Perform bookkeeping and scannin of checks, letters, including A/R, A/P (if required will be trained in QB Online)
Must have qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and follow-up skills with the sincere desire to assist. Must be independent possessing excellent problem solving skills, time management and organization skills.
