Details of the flat:

1. 1BR 1bathroom flat

2. Rent 625, Washingmachine and dryer on rent: 40, Elelctricity ~70. Garbage bill is every month ~ 20$. So total living cost ~ 750$

3. Good and safe place.

4. Refreshing Balcony view, good neighbours

5. Very spacious apartment.

6. Point 5 and 6 were main reasons why I took this apartment.

7. Pets are not a problem
