I am staying in a 2 bed room 2 bath apartment. You will have your own room with walk in bath that is available from next month on month-2-month contract.

Rent would be 600 including all utilities + wifi. 1 month deposit in advance. Need 30 days notice. No smoking/drinking inside the house. No partying or over night friends.

You have to clean after your self. Prefer vegetarians, but okay if you just stop with chicken.
