Synopsis: The Peace Tree tells the story of two little girls, one Muslim and one Christian, who dream of celebrating each other’s festivals, Christmas and Eid. But when they share their dreams, they are met with resistance from their parents who express their concerns. Through their struggles, they create a unique symbol – The Peace Tree, a tree that highlights the symbols from all our cultures and faiths to reflect the beauty of ‘diversity in unity’.

Synopsis Losing Ahmad, captures the story of Ahmad Sharif, a seven year-old from Baghdad, who lost his sight and right arm after an American bomb exploded on his way home from school one day. A group of four Americans traveled to the Kuwaiti-Iraqi border to pick up Ahmad and escort him to New York for medical care in the hope that he would one day be able to see again. On the way to the US, however, everything changed.
