Admissions are open at the Woodbridge YMCA for Indian dance classes for students of all ages. Children batches are available for ages 3 and above. Separate batches for adults.
Bharathanatyam is a great way to exercise and work out. Tap your feet, kick your heels, move your arms, and spin around while you combine Indian dance and exercise. Learn special exercises to keep your body strong and supple and acquire grace in movement and gain stamina. Use dance to tell a story.
Students perform a mini recital by the end of the session in front of an invited audience.
