Salem Shriram is one of the leading disciples of Sri. Calcutta K. S. Krishnamurti. Shriram is a grade A artist of the AIR Chennai, and has been regularly performing during the Chennai December Music Season for several years now. Shriram has performed in most of the prime venues in Chennai, including the Music Academy and the Narada Gana Sabha. Shriram has received several awards for his performances. Shriram’s concerts have received accolades from popular critics like Sri. Subbudu, and his reviews have appeared in many newspaper dailies (see a few sample reviews).
